First of all you need to preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease the baking tin (20 cm) and dust it with flour.
Secondly, peel the bananas and crush them with a fork in order to obtain a fluffy mass.
Thirdly, beat butter and sugar with the hand mixer and slowly stir in the eggs. Then mix the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the dough with the banana purée and the milk and mix everything together. You can add like I said some extra ingredients like chocolate or nuts. Pour the dough into the pan and bake in the oven for about 50-55 minutes. After about 15 minutes baking time cut the banana bread in the middle approximately 1 cm deep and continue baking. After it’s done the banana bread needs to be soft and fluffy, which is a good sign.
